- Getting ready for the cherry harvest. Tonight I made some gluten free, vegan cookies. Delicious!
- 1/3 c tahini
- 1/3 c peanut butter
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/3 c coconut sugar
- flax egg ( 2 tbsp ground flax, 5 tbsp water)
- 1/4 c unsulfured shredded coconut
- 2/3 c almond flour
- 1/3 coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/4 c chia seeds
- 1/4 c chopped walnuts
- Add wet ingredients into mixed dry ingredients, if too dry moisten with almond milk . I Added chocolate chips to top of cookies.
- bake 350 for 12-15 min
